Teams and Registration

Teams are the heart of the 1,000 Mile Journey:  people walking together with their friends, family & children, colleagues, all taking a stand for the end of child abuse.  A team is 10 or more people and can represent an organization, business, or walk in honor of a loved one effected by child abuse.  We encourage teams to have fun, wear their own t-shirts (everyone who raises $25 or more in pledges receives an event t-shirt), dress up, bring props, anything that distinguishes your group.

You can register as a team leader either online or by the paper registration forms. There is a registration $30 for everyone 11 and over and you must raise $25 or more to receive an event t-shirt. The event is free for children 10 and under.

Registration fees and pledge requirements may vary by event.
